Even if there were no proven benefits to walking barefoot, light physical activity such as walking as little as 20 minutes a day is the best investment you can make for your life. By walking, we exercise our muscles and cardiovascular system, improve our mental health, reduce stress and support our overall wellness. So kick your shoes off and amplify these health benefits with our earth’s natural electric charge.
