Backyard Vibes
What are Backyard Vibes? My backyard is my suburban oasis. One of my dreams is to grow my own crops so one day we can be self-sustaining. Follow my backyard vibes, as I share my ideas for balance in health, style and life. Nature grounds me and re-sets me. I bring nature to my patio and backyard through my raised herb garden and crops, my family bbq’s, dining and cocktails, fire pits, night swimming, and my kids gaming, movie nights and NFL Sundays!
I practice and tell everyone I know about the importance of self-care. Daily exercise whether it be fast-walking around the block or jumping in place is great for your heart and overall body conditioning. Your health is the best investment you can make for your family. I love the outdoors and when I don’t have time for a bike ride in the park, I turn to the sanctuary of my backyard. Its a bonus to be able to go to your patio oasis and do a little cardio.
